LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

If at any time during the warranty period an iCarpus is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, Visual Factor LLC will replace it free of charge. The warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse or misuse. Visual Factor LLC reserves the right to replace any product, which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function. No implied warranty of this product is extended. Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

To make the warranty claim, the consumer MUST include the following:

• Your return address

Consumer is RESPONSIBLE for all shipping charges to the above address. We recommend that the consumer use a shipping method with delivering tracking information (e.g. USPS Delivery Confirmation). Visual Factor LLC will send the "Replacement Product" FREE of charge. Warranty valid within the Continental U.S. only.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
